A stalled workflow. A stack to keep online. A bottleneck to get past. We turn the things your buyers deal with into original arcade games, so your booth team can start with something the visitor just experienced.
Save the Stack / Platform game
Navigate platforms, collect logs, metrics and traces, and keep the stack online. Infrastructure, Security and AI Observability offer different topics for the run.
Monitoring signals become things to find. Incidents become a threat to the run. The visitor experiences why visibility matters before the rep opens the product demo.
These are studio concepts showing how a product can shape the play. Your game starts with your own message, audience and event.
01
We ask what slows your buyers down and which benefit should stick. In Save the Stack, incidents threaten uptime and monitoring signals help the player progress. The product story has a consequence the player can see.
02
The player needs a way to make progress. A benefit can become a boost, a signal to collect or a better route. We develop the game flow with you instead of asking you to design the game yourself.
03
After the round, your rep can point to what happened: a bottleneck cleared or an incident avoided. A question about the visitor’s own environment makes the transition into the product conversation.
“You just protected uptime. What makes monitoring difficult for your team?” The rep starts with the run, listens to the visitor’s answer, and chooses a relevant part of the product to show.

The game introduces the story through a challenge. Your product demo can follow it. We decide together how much product vocabulary belongs in the game and which details are better handled in the conversation.
