Maze Chase: Custom Branded Maze Game

Maze Chase turns a familiar maze format into a quick route challenge. Players collect dots and avoid pursuing food-themed obstacles, giving the booth team a natural starting point for the product story.

Why the format can fit a product story.

01

The route

The live demo uses arrow keys and on-screen directional controls to navigate the maze. A new version could shape the paths around an approved customer journey.

02

The pickups

The demo collects dots. In an illustrative new version, a pickup could represent one approved product benefit or useful step. That mapping would be agreed in the brief, rather than assumed from this example.

03

The obstacles

Pursuing food-themed obstacles add pressure to the route. A new branded game could use abstract obstacles to represent a buyer challenge, with meaning approved in the brief.

A conversation after play

“Which part of your customer journey would be useful to make visible?”

Ask which part of the visitor’s journey feels hardest to navigate. Use the answer to choose one relevant product story, rather than treating the score as a lead qualification signal.

A new classic-inspired build could change the maze layout, visual world, collectibles, obstacles, objective, scoring and approved product language. These are possible design choices to scope for your project, not extra features promised by this example.

Booth-use considerations

  • Decide where the maze will be displayed and how guests will see the controls.
  • The live demo includes keyboard arrows and on-screen directional controls; do not assume mobile readiness from that alone.
  • Choose a short objective and a turn length that fit booth staffing and visitor flow.
  • Plan what the leaderboard submission should collect and how the event team will explain it.
